What is Expo Flooring’s commercial model?

Clients receive a supply-and-install price for the temporary floor covering. We install it for the expo or activation and take it back afterwards by default.

Can we keep the flooring after the event?

Only if you specifically request this before the quote is finalised. Keeping the flooring means you have bought it, so retention is priced as a purchase.

Do you use adhesive?

Our temporary coverings sit freely on the floor surface without adhesive and remove cleanly at the end of the event.

What surface do you install on?

The existing floor must be smooth, clean and ready for installation. We provide a floor covering only, not a structural floor or subfloor.

Which floor coverings do you offer?

Temporary carpet tiles, vinyl planks, sheet vinyl, cork, vinyl stickers, custom shapes made from carpet tile or vinyl as applicable, and rugs made from carpet tiles.

Do you work outside Melbourne?

Yes. We work Australia-wide, including Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. Freight, crew and venue access are scoped for each project.

Can you print our logo or campaign artwork on the floor?

Yes. Vinyl stickers and custom shapes can carry logos, pathways and campaign artwork. We check files, dimensions and surface suitability before production.

What do you need to quote?

Send the venue and city, event date, floor dimensions, preferred finish, stand plan, confirmation of the base surface and bump-in and strike windows.

Ready to price the real job?

Send the floor plan, surface details, venue and dates for a complete quote.
